Delawie with families of missing persons in Kosovo (KoSSev)

United States Ambassador to Pristina Greg Delawie yesterday visited the multi-ethnic Resource Center for Families of Missing Persons in Kosovo. In addition to a photo published with representatives of the Associations of Families of the Missing and Abducted, the US ambassador on his Twitter account stated that everyone must do more to support the efforts of these families to uncover the fate of the missing.

"I visited the Resource Center for Families of Missing Persons - everyone has the right to know the fate of their loved ones," wrote Delawie.

The Association of Families of the Missing and Kidnapped Persons in Kosovo recently announced that the multi-ethnic Resource Center was established in order for the families of missing Kosovo Albanians and Serbs to meet and encourage each other to cooperate, exchange knowledge and experiences in the field of resolving the fate of missing persons.

According to the latest data there are 1,658 persons missing in Kosovo.
