Odalovic: There were 53 camps for Serbs in Kosovo during the conflict (Vecernje Novosti, RTS)

Head of the Government's Commission for Missing Persons Veljko Odalovic told Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti that during the 90's conflict In Kosovo, there were 53 camps for Serbs and non-Albanians and that it is reasonable to suspect that there were mass graves in their vicinity.

Odalovic told Vecernje Novosti that some of these mass graves have been discovered, while the others are still being searched for.

REKOM: Determine the accuracy of information about the mass grave (B92, N1, KiM radio)

The Coalition for REKOM invited the competent authorities of Serbia to determine the accuracy of information about the existence of a mass grave in the village of Medevce, 30 meters from the road Leskovac - Pristina.

A site suspected of being a mass grave is one kilometre and a half from the administrative crossing of Mutivode, in the land-based security zone towards Kosovo and about 300 meters away from KFOR units.

10,000 still missing in former Yugoslavia (N1, Beta)

More than 10,000 people are still listed as missing in the wars in the former Yugoslavia, an organization of the families of missing persons said on Tuesday.

A total of 10,281 people are still listed as missing and their fate is unknown, including a little more than 3,600 Serbs, the Coordination of Serb Associations of Families of the missing and killed in the former Yugoslavia said.

Coordinator of the Association of Families of the Killed and Missing Persons, Milorad Trifunovic confirmed to KIM radio that the International Day of the Missing Persons will be held at Gracanica on August 30 at 11:00.

Serbia marks Kosovo Victims' Day (N1)

The Association of Families of Kidnapped and Missing Persons from Kosovo and Metohija and Serbia’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija have together marked the Kosovo Victims' Day, commemorating the victims of the 1998 Serbian - Albanian conflict in Kosovo.

The Association asked for a monument to be erected for the victims, while the Director of the Office of Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric, appealed to the international community to find and punish those responsible for the expulsion and killings of people in Kosovo.
