Chairperson of the Serbian Government Commission for Missing Persons, Veljko Odalovic told Tanjug news agency he expects that the Special Court for KLA war crimes would rise indictments, as per evidences delivered to it, for the crimes committed against Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija.
Odalovic said there are numerous crimes against Serbs, including those that happened since the beginning of 1998, kidnapping of miners, Zociste, Opterusa and Retimlje cases in which more than 40 civilians were murdered, killings of Stolic and Simic families, attack against Nis-Express bus in Livadice and killing of 14 harvesters in Staro Gracko village, as well as other crimes for which there are evidences.
Odalovic also expressed hope justice for the Serbian victims would be served sooner or later and it is important to prosecute those responsible for the crimes in the region, and who are now holding official positions not only in Kosovo but also in some other former Yugoslav republics, Serbian media reported.
