Rakic: Srpska Lista did not make any decision on coalitions (Tanjug, Blic)
Srpska Lista, in order to prevent ill-intended creation of a confusion in the public, emphasizes once more, that the Serb political representatives did not make a decision to enter into any coalition in Kosovo, Serbian media reported late yesterday.
“Srpska Lista supports establishment of the institutions in Kosovo and Metohija in line with the electoral will of citizens, expecting that political actors as soon as possible start dialogue on forming a new parliamentary majority, in which our party is ready to take part in order to represent the expectations and demands of the Serb people,” Goran Rakic, Chair of the Srpska Lista stated.
He further said, Srpska lista will in no way use current state of forces in the Albanian political corpse to add to the current destabilization of circumstances, but will do its utmost to overcome the current political crisis.
Our attitude towards certain Albanian parties in the forthcoming period, would depend exclusively whether they will show understanding for the problems and needs of the Serb people in Kosovo, and our demands are clear, supported by a convincing majority of our compatriots at the last elections.
Earlier, spokesperson of the Srpska Lista, Igor Simic stated to Radio Free Europe that the Srpska lista will support the PAN coalition candidate at the constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly.
