Djuric: Vucic to talk to Serbs from Kosovo openly and unequivocally (Prva TV, B92)
Serbia and President Vucic do not hide Kosovo issue under the carpet, instead they try to resolve it, Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director, Marko Djuric told Prva TV.
Djuric added, Serbia pursues responsible politics and wants to resolve difficult issues, instead of hiding them. Djuric assessed the meeting President Vucic had in Austria with Hashim Thaci as difficult.
“These talks are neither easy nor simple. We can not choose who to talk to from the Albanian side, respectively who will represent them. Our and their stances on Kosovo are completely different, but our responsibility is to talk about the solution,” Djuric pointed out.
Asked if President Vucic, when he visits Serbs in Kosovo, would unveil his proposal for resolution of the Kosovo issue, Djuric did not respond directly, saying President Vucic would tell them openly and unequivocally what the situation is and would convey a strong message to them, Prva TV reported.
