Lawsuit of Rada Trajkovic against Vucic and Djuric rejected (Danas)

First Basic Prosecution in Belgrade has rejected the lawsuit Rada Trajkovic filed against the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Office for Kosovo and Metohija Director Marko Djuric over endangering her safety, Danas daily reports.

Rada Trajkovic filed the lawsuit following the statements highest state officials made after the tabloids published that she cooperates with the Kosovo investigative bodies in the investigation of Oliver Ivanovic’s murder. President Vucic, as Danas reports, among other things said that “Trajkovic with her testimony about the murder of Oliver Ivanovic helps Albanians to enter the north of the province.”

Djuric, according to Danas said that “Rada Trajkovic is just one of the participants of an organized campaign to destroy the reputation of a state and its institutions.”

The prosecution has rejected Trajkovic’s lawsuit claiming Vucic and Djuric could not endanger her safety with the statements, Danas daily said.
