It is good the arrest warrant for Milan Radojicic was issued and that there is a will of Kosovo institutions, however, without pressure by the international community it will not be implemented, because the attitude of the Serbian authorities in this case so far was unacceptable, brother of the murdered leader of Civic Initiative Freedom Democracy Justice (GI SDP) Oliver Ivanovic, Miroslav told Danas daily.

Miroslav Ivanovic made these remarks while commenting on Pristina media reports that the Kosovo Special Prosecution has issued an international arrest warrant for Milan Radojicic, Srpska Lista Deputy Chair.

Danas daily also said Special Prosecutor Syle Hoxha told them he has no time to answer the questions about Oliver Ivanovic’s case and the daily should address him officially. The daily also claims it did not manage to obtain precise information from the Kosovo authorities regarding the case, respectively if the indictment was raised or if the arrest warrant is issued only as a part of the investigative proceeding.
