Trajkovic: Thaci interviewed for several hours in his cabinet in Pristina (TV N1, KoSSev)

Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veseli were also interviewed by the Special Court for war crimes, but unlike Haradinaj they hid it from the public, Rada Trajkovic told “Dan uzivo” broadcast on TV N1, KoSSev portal reports. According to her, many states, among them Russia as well, possess material evidence on organ trade, something that this country uses to make influence over Thaci and the negotiation process. On the other hand, Trajkovic opined preservation of his role in the dialogue is the only thing at Thaci’s disposal to prolong the beginning of the process against him. Trajkovic also added the fastest way to continue the dialogue is to establish a new government with the same assembly composition, something that, according to her, Srpska Lista is also ready to support it. However, Trajkovic continued support of the Srpska Lista is not enough, and fresh elections are almost inevitable. “I know for sure that Kadri Veseli was invited too. I have information from the international sources that he gave statement in Slovenia, but hid it from the Albanian public,” Trajkovic said. She also said Kosovo President Hashim Thaci was interviewed for several hours in his cabinet in Pristina. “There are stories that he left the cabinet utterly confused over the manner and arguments he was faced with during the investigation. It was said that he was invited to give a statement, but it is hidden”. Commenting on Haradinaj’s resignation and departure to The Hague, Rada Trajkovic said that by such decision outgoing Kosovo Prime Minister did two things – postponed pressure on Kosovo to revoke the tariffs on goods from Serbia and pointed out the moral superiority of his decision comparing to Veseli and Thaci who were also allegedly interviewed but did not give up their posts. Speaking about Special Court, Trajkovic said she has certain exceptions because it is not logical that the court would acquit all. She expects the case of Staro Gracko, murders of professors at the Faculty of Economy and the organ harvesting case would be prosecuted. She added that more than 40 persons in Kosovo have been summoned to the Court either as suspects or witnesses, but for the Serbian community it would be the most interesting to see when the process against the so-called Drenica group would start, which is in the Dick Marty’s report suspected for the kidnapping of the Serbs and organ harvesting.
