Grabovci: Veseli was not nominated for PDK leader (Zeri)
The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) parliamentary group chief, Adem Grabovci, today denied the rumors that Assembly President Kadri Veseli was nominated to be PDK’s leader after Hashim Thaci’s candidacy for Kosovo President. "We are currently analyzing the situation. It is true that we have had meetings but is absolutely not true what media reported on Veseli’s nomination,” Grabovci said.
Veseli: Punish politicians with visa regime, not citizens (RTK)
The President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Kadri Vesei, has criticized the European Union after the news that Kosovo people will not be able to travel without visas in Europe.
At the first annual Assembly-Civil Society Conference, Veseli said if there are voices on organized crime and corruption in the politics of Kosovo, then let the politicians be punished through visa regime, not the people.

During the meeting it was discussed about the recent developments in Kosovo, with particular emphasis on the work of the Assembly. Delawie and Zbogar expressed their support for the continuation of the work of the Assembly, in order to avoid creating delays in the promulgation of laws relevant to the processes through which Kosovo is going.

Berry, the U.S. State Department's first-ever Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex)Persons is visiting Kosovo and met today with the President of the Kosovo Assembly, Kadri Veseli. Berry and Veseli during the meeting discussed the human rights of the LGBTI in Kosovo.
