Tasic’s detention extended (KIM radio)

Based on the Basic Court from Prizren judge Rajme Elezi’s decision detention to Darko Tasic from Krusa was extended to three more months. Tasic is suspected of committing a war crime against the civilian population, KIM Radio reported.

According to the charges, Tasic is suspected that he along with a larger group of persons in the village of Mala Krusa burned down and looted over one hundred houses and deported Albanian women and children.

One month detention for suspect of war crimes (RTK)

The Basic Court in Prizren has approved the request of the Special Prosecution to detain for one month Bogdan Mitrovic, suspect of war crimes committed in Sopi village.

"The defendant is suspected of cooperating in committing war crimes against the civilian population on 02.04.1999, in Sopi village, where 32 unarmed civilians were killed by the Serbian armed forces, and the above mentioned defendant was among them," reads the announcement of the Basic Court in Prizren.
