Higher Serb turnout expected in the elections (N1)

Analysts expect a higher turnout in Serbian areas in comparison with the previous elections, because unlike some previous elections there is no pressure to boycott the elections, reported N1.

From NGO AKTIV based in northern Kosovo say they expect a higher turnout because there are no more organized pressure not to vote, but on the contrary, the encouragement to turn out to polls in large numbers.

Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo from the Serbian List Branimir Stojanović says that Aleksandar Jablanović does not present the unity of all the Serb representatives and that he does not have the support of the Serbian List.

Stojanović said this to Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), and added that nobody can be president of the Serbian List without the support of the Serbs, and announced an extraordinary meeting of the representatives of the list.

Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kosovo Bajram Gecaj says that the Kosovo Government is ready to start with drafting the Statute of the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) as soon as the Serbian List "fully returns to the Kosovo institutions".

Easy morning run of Aleksandar Vučić (N1)

Political analyst Cvijetin Milivojević and editor of daily Danas Dragoljub Draža Petrović estimate that opposition candidates in the presidential election have not done enough to fight for fair electoral conditions. Whoever thought that would beat Vučić in such circumstances was or naive or was joking, said Milivojević.

Petrović said that these elections looked like "Vučić's easy morning run." He believes that in these conditions the opposition should boycott and not to spread false hope that did not exist.

Ballots from Kosovo arrived to Vranje and Raška (N1)

Votes from Kosovo arrived to Vranje and Raška this morning around 1.30, RTS reported.

As previously announced by the OSCE in Kosovo, there were no security conditions for the counting of votes at polling stations, so they have transported ballots to Vranje and Raška following the Instructions on the implementation of the presidential elections within that territory.
