Northern mayor against participation in elections (Kim radio, B92)

Zubin Potok Mayor Stevan Vulović has said that it was his "personal stance" that Serbs should not take part in the election in Kosovo scheduled for June 8. 

"Priština is attempting, via all its institutions, to make the life meaningless for Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, and it is my position, which does not mean it will be our final position - that under these conditions we will not participate in the election," Vulović told Beta. 

UN: Views on Kosovo differ, support for flooded Serbia (B92)

NEW YORK -- Tomislav Nikolić expressed his gratitude to all countries that helped Serbia and the Balkans overcome the tragedy and destruction brought on by the flooding.

During the UNSC debate on the UN secretary-general's latest report on developments in Kosovo, all permanent representatives of the 15 member states of the body expressed their condolences and support to Serbia.
