The Disciplinary Committee within the Kosovo Judicial Council has decided to suspend Salih Mekaj from his positions as President of the Court of Appeals and member of the Board of the Kosovo Judicial Council. This decision came since Mekaj was arrested last week and is being detained on criminal offence charges.
