AAK open to talks with Government after it withdraws disputed agreements (Kosovapress)
Senior official from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) Muharrem Nitaj said that the party is ready to meet with government representatives as soon as they withdraw the agreement on establishment of the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities and on the border demarcation with Montenegro. “We are open to meet with people and representatives of the government and all the people who have the will to unblock this situation as a result of these two agreements,” said Nitaj. He ruled out that the aim of the AAK is to bring down the government. “The only goal is to recall agreements that undermine Kosovo’s territorial integrity and that make Serbia a shareholder in Kosovo’s independence. As soon as these two threats are removed, the AAK will resume normal parliamentary life,” he said.
