Kosovo’s President, Hashim Thaçi, said today that he will travel to Montenegro on Saturday to participate in the ceremony of the 10th anniversary of Montenegro’s independence. He said that he will not discuss other matters with Montenegro leaders. According to him, the issue of border-demarcation with Montenegro is finalized and signed by both countries. Asked about the AAK’s proposal for the demarcation issue to be renegotiated in Brussels, Thaçi said that everyone has the right to give opinions and proposals, but decisions should be taken in a broad consensus.
