Kosovo’s Special Prosecution has indicted today a Serb man from Mitrovica on suspicion of having been involved in crimes against civilian population in Vushtrri/Vucitrn. The accused is alleged to have been part of Serbian police reserve units operating in the region of Vushtrri/Vucitrn and for killing a 13-year-old Albanian boy in 1999. The accused is also charged with involvement in the expulsion of civilian population from their homes.
