Bulliqi: Agreement with Montenegro does not match border line of the former province (media)

Head of the Commission for demarcation and maintenance of the state border, Shpejtim Bulliqi, said today that that their commission unanimously concluded that the borderline as presented on the 26 August 2015 agreement reached between Kosovo and Montenegro in Vienna, is not in accordance with the administrative border line of the former socialist province of Kosovo.

He mentioned the work of the former commission, saying that it exceeded its competencies by marking a new borderline without a prior consent.  He also accused the prior commission for not considering all the materials.

Bulliqi said documents presented today were produced by credible institutions of that time and no one can invalidate them.
