The paper in its front-page editorial today writes that the new opposition front established by the Vetevendosje Movement, Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Initiative for Kosovo (VAN) to oppose the government and its decisions is very encouraging. “This is the right step, but the opposition should explain their strategy and actions, and they should guarantee the angry citizens that they would establish rule of law in Kosovo.” The paper also recalls that some of the “opposition politicians were part of the previous government which was all corrupt and no prosecutor dared to investigate the officials who became rich.” “The terrain is suitable for change, but change cannot come by recycled politicians who were once in power. Only a team of new experts would add to popular support for VAN, without which, success is uncertain.
