Ljajic: My party proposed three-phase plan for Kosovo (Tanjug, Pobjeda, B92)
Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Rasim Ljajic told Podgorica-based daily Pobjeda that “sustainable and long-term solution” is needed for Kosovo issue.
Ljajic recalled that his SDPS party proposed three-phase plan for resolving the Kosovo issue. The first phase would encompass removing economic barriers, the second phase would be dedicated to resolving property issues, establishing the Association/Community of the Serb-majority Municipalities and resolving the issues of the cultural heritage in Kosovo, while the third phase would include membership of Kosovo in international organizations, except UN.
He said after that one should see what Serbia would get in return, and that international conference, some sort of “Dayton” would be needed, where the Kosovo status issue should be open, and the final solution would be searched for.
