Reporters without Borders condemns Kosovo’s decision to impose a 100% tax on newspapers from Serbia, which will directly affect access to news and information for northern Kosovo’s Serb population. Nothing justifies violating the right to inform and be informed, RSF wrote on its Twitter profile.
