Haradinaj’s statement shows the Pristina regime’s tendency for Greater Albania (Beta, N1)

The Serbian government Office for Kosovo chief Marko Djuric said that Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Albania representatives statement after the signing of the agreement on the abolition of border crossings show the true “Greater Albania nature of the Pristina regime.”

"Political rampage, like this, only creates fertile ground for new conflicts and distances the region from the solution," Djuric said and appealed to the international community to stop "Pristina's chauvinistic euphoria" that contributes to the acceleration of tensions.

He added that the abolition of border crossings and border checks which was announced for March 2019 would represent a gross violation of Pristina's international obligations with potentially unexpected consequences.

"If Pristina and Tirana are hiding the fact that the border between Serbia and Albania is 111 km long, or if they are unaware that the UN Security Council’s Resolution (UNSC) 1244 stipulates the presence of state institutions of the Republic of Serbia on it, then the international community would have to remind them of this," Djuric said.

Kosovo’s Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj posted a Facebook post saying the "from now on, there is no border between Kosovo and Albania," Zeri reported.
