Last Saturday marked fourteen months since leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (SDP) Oliver Ivanovic was killed in front of his party premises. Despite the fact that both Belgrade and Pristina are running investigations instigators and perpetrators of the murder remain unknown. The GI SDP party stated that “the investigation is going nowhere“ and that “someone wants the murder to be covered up and forgotten“.

“While we are publicly witnessing statements of some ambassadors who unequivocally demand that the murder of Oliver Ivanovic is resolved and that the authorities work more efficiently in combating crime and corruption, GI SDP once again reminds all relevant institutions of the obligation to shed light on the murder of Oliver Ivanovic,” SDP said in a press statement.
