After five months newspapers arrived in northern Kosovo (Radio KIM, Radio kontakt plus)
After five months the daily newspapers from Serbia can be purchased at kiosks this morning in northern Kosovo, Radio KIM reports.
Zvezdan Mihajlovic from KIM Beokolp company which is distributing the newspapers told Radio kontakt plus that additional 100 percent tariffs, Pristina introduced last year on goods from central Serbia, were paid, however the price of the newspapers would remain the same as in central Serbia.
“All publishers were supportive, they decreased the prices in order to compensate the amount paid for the tariffs, so the prices of newspapers at all kiosks would be the same as in central Serbia,” Mihajlovic said.
He added normalization of newspapers distribution south of the Ibar River is expected next week.
