Brnabic: CEFTA suspended because of Pristina, Serbia makes bilateral agreements (N1, BETA)
Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said during the opening of an integrated border crossing point Tabanovce-Presevo that Serbia “would enter bilateral agreements”, as long as CEFTA remains suspended because of irresponsible Pristina’s behaviour, BETA news agency reported.
She opened the border crossing point together with the North Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.
Brnabic further underlined that regional cooperation faces major challenges because Pristina introduced the tariffs on goods from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, thus suspending the CEFTA agreement.
“This in basis has shaken all regional agreements and that is why the regional cooperation goes downwards,” Brnabic said.
