Rašić: Campaign continues, cancellation remains the option (KIM radio)

Progressive Democratic Party (PDS) will not cancel election campaign for the time being. Party leader Nenad Rašić is not excluding such possibility and adds that it will depend on future   developments.

PDS leader Nenad Rašić says that their campaign will be led in a transparent manner. “We won’t bid with figures, we have the idea, which brings the future, however we don’t think that it will happen on 8 June,” said Rašić and added that no one else should bring decisions instead of citizens.
He stressed that the goal of the PDS is to promote autonomous policy. “We want to present policy of Serbs in Kosovo, policy which is based on compromises, which is multi-oriented, which understands reality, but which, on the other side, protects its principles. From that reason it is important for us to stress that all who are on our list have to live in Kosovo, because only in that way we can represent our community,” said Rašić.

PDS will not freeze its elections campaign for the time being, whereas Rašić is not excluding such possibility, and explains that it will depend on situation’s development.

PDS ticket is one of five lists which were submitted by Serbs to Central Election Commission for the upcoming early elections in Kosovo, which will take place on 8 June.
