Jablanovic: New return strategy needed (TV Most)
MP in the Serbian parliament Aleksandar Jablanovic has resigned from the post of MP after he was nominated for the Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government.
Jablanovic said to Belgrade-based daily Kurir that he will first acquaint himself with what has been done so far at the ministry, and then see what are the plans and ongoing projects.
“A new strategy of return is needed, which will disregard the condition for return that returnee must not have a property in Serbian proper. In that manner number of Serb returnees would be increased,” said Jablanovic and added that on the other side all efforts should be invested in order to keep remaining Serbs in Kosovo, and that collective centers are closed until the end of 2015 by providing hosing for those sheltered in remaining centers.
