Kosovo Serb politicians condemned the attack on Kata Grujić (KIM Radio)
Representatives of Serbs in the Kosovo government have most sharply condemned the attack on returnees in Klina/Kllinë.
Kosovo Deputy prime Minister Branimir Stojanović, Minister for Communities and Return Dalibor Jevtić and Minister for Local Government Administration Ljubomir Marić said that yesterday’s incident when complete poultry had been stolen from seventy-four year old Kata Grujić, in village Donji Petrić in Klina/Kllinë Municipality is an effort aiming at expelling the granny from her property.
“Attack on the property of returnees is something that is not bringing any benefits to those who wish to have a society with mutual trust, peace and tolerance, and we believe that majority is of that kind,” reads the joint statement.
Statement further reads that Kata Grujić, and all others who wish to return and stay in their homes, absolutely have the right to live as equal residents of Kosovo without any fears that anyone can attack them.
