Contract about Brezovica shall enter into force in October (Radio Kontakt Plus)

Contract between the Government of Kosovo and the French consortium about allotment of the land in Brezovica for 99 years, will come into force in October, after both sides fulfil their contractual obligations, stated Kosovo government officials for the portal Zeri.info.

Portal states that after Kosovo Government and the consortium "MDP Consulting - Compagnie des Alpes" meet the obligations, will come into force an agreement on public-private partnership for the construction, financing, functioning and maintenance of the Tourist Centre Brezovica.

As stated, the contract signed in April received the approval of local authorities from Strpce.

The Government of Kosovo, with the support of USAID, is at the end of the process of implementing the obligations arising from the contract.  "Regardless of the fact the contract is signed, only after the investor prove that it meet the financial criteria and after government provide and make available land, the treaty enters into force," said Azem Rexhaj, the leader of the team for implementation of a contract.
