Jablanovic: We will conduct everything that was agreed by Vucic (Danas)
President of the Serbian List Aleksandar Jablanovic, who does not recognize the decision on his removal, yesterday could not say whether the representatives of this List would prevent the eventual ratification of the Kosovo membership in UNESCO, in the Assembly of Kosovo.
According to the Kosovo constitution and the laws, for the adoption of agreements and Kosovo's membership in international organizations relating to the protection of cultural heritage, education and languages, in addition to the parliamentary majority, required are the votes of the majority of MPS from the minority communities. Jablanovic said that the Serbian List was "against the candidacy of Kosovo, and was not informed about the submission to UNESCO", although is part of the ruling coalition.
At a press conference in Belgrade, which was supposed to "show Brussels and Pristina that there are no cracks in the Serbian list - that it is unique when it comes to policy and its objectives," Jablanovic explained that the problem has arisen about staffing solutions in the List. He accused the Serbian ministers in the Government of Kosovo and the Head of the Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric of being behind political attacks on him and attempts to ''demonstrate MPs of the Socialists Movement in the Kosovo Parliament as the apostates from the politics of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic." He was categorical that the Serbian List "will implement and respect anything that Vucic has negotiated on the status and future of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, regardless of whether it has been agreed in Brussels or elsewhere."
