The first meeting of the working group of the regional initiative for durable solutions for internally displaced persons from Kosovo was held in Pristina. It was stressed at the meeting that the return of Serbs to Kosovo, as implemented so far, has so far had no effects.

As stated, the plan for the future is to organize return through the construction of settlements, and one of the first, "Suncana Dolina", will be located near Zvecan, in northern Kosovo. “We will build settlements. 1,000 to 1,500 people per settlement will be able to return. Depending on the availability of funds, 10 to 15 settlements could be built,” said Dušan Kozarev, Deputy Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo.
