Simić: We will try to maintain the unity (KIM radio)
The MPs of the Serbian List have so far been unique and will try to maintain this unity and for those who "flee from the political battlefield" there is no place in the list, which I represent, said Slavko Simić.
"People who are fleeing from the political battlefield, I do not want to see on the Serbian List, regardless of whether they are members of the SNS, Socialists Movement, or SLS. Serbian List will never be the Socialist Movement, the Serbian Progressive Party, the Independent Liberal Party, or any other party that participates within the List. The Serbian list will be Serbian List, and will be solely dedicated to solving the problems of our suffering people who live in Kosovo and Metohija," says the president of the Serbian List Slavko Simić
Commenting on the announcement of the SNS municipal boards in Kosovo that they interrupt cooperation with the Socialists Movement because they sold themselves "for a handful of Albanian money," Simić says:
"We have not sold ourselves and we will fight only for the interests of the Serbian community. In the future we will put pressure on institutions to move as quickly as possible with the establishment of the ZSO."
Simić on this occasion said that deputies of the Serbian List would not vote for the formation of the army of Kosovo, or for the Law on demarcation with Montenegro.
