Pavićević warns about the disruption of inter-ethnic relations (RTS)
The liaison officer of the Government of Serbia in Pristina Dejan Pavićević warns that a series of unilateral moves of the provisional institutions of self-government in Kosovo endanger the position of the Serbian people and damage interethnic relations in Kosovo. He said this in talks with UNMIK Chief Zahir Tanin and Head of the EU Office in Kosovo Nataliya Apostolova, RTS reports.
Pavićević said that he had conveyed to his interlocutors, in a separate conversations, about the possible negative consequences of unilateral efforts of Pristina to form a so-called army of Kosovo, then the Parliament resolution on the termination of the dialogue with Belgrade, as well as the latest attempt of kidnapping Serbian property in Kosovo.
During the talks, Pavićević pointed to cases of brutal repression against the political representatives of the Serbs in Kosovo that culminated with the detention of the mayor of Ranilug/Ranillug Gradimir Mikić, because of the posters with the image of Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić.
