UN Secretary General Guterres visited Serbian military hospital in Bangui (Tanjug, TV Most)
On the occasion of the UN Day, UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, who is paying a visit to the peacekeeping forces in the Central African Republic, visited yesterday the Serbian military hospital in Bangui, Serbian media reported.
Commander of the Army of Serbia Contingent, Colonel Jadranko Jukic welcomed the UN SG Guterres.
The UNSG Gutteres, with his delegation visited patients in the military hospital and acknowledged the work of the Serbian medical team to care about the health of the UN Mission personnel in this country.
The Army of Serbia started its engagement with MINUSCA Mission on 20 September 2014, and at the moment there are 5 officers and 70 members of the military hospital, Serbian media reported.
This is the second largest mission of the Serbian Army, after Lebanon.
