Professor and expert for the Balkans Daniel Serwer, in an interview with the Belgrade weekly NIN, says that Vucic threatens with Russia and loses the direction in normalizing relations with Kosovo, as well as that it seems to him that the President of Serbia chooses the wrong chair.

In his view, if Belgrade accepts the sovereignty of Kosovo, at the end of the negotiations it will not get anything in return but will have to do everything the EU says. Server also thinks US President Donald Tramp is not capable of performing the presidency, but he also says he will not be replaced.
