The UNDP Kosovo and USAID launched today  the Public Pulse 10, a survey  conducted during the period March – September 2015 in Kosovo.  According to this document, only 18% of Kosovo people are satisfied with the work of the Kosovo institutions. Until March of this year, 24% of respondents expressed their satisfaction with the Prime Minister Isa Mustafa’s work, while in September these ratings dropped to only 15 %. The main problem according to the respondents are related to socio-economic conditions. The report says that 43% of respondents stated that they see unemployment as the biggest problem, while 31% said that the biggest problem is poverty, and only 4.5% think that corruption is the biggest problem. The report also states that  41% of respondents consider that the special court will indict those who committed crimes during the 90s, followed by 25.5% who think that Kosovo Albanians including current politicians will be indicted, while 10% think that Serbs who committed crimes during the 90s will be indicted by special court. Most of them consider as an important matter the establishment of the special court.
