Ničić: Security, the biggest problem in Kosovo (KIM Radio)

“Security is one of the biggest problems faced by journalists and media employees in Kosovo, not only Serbs but all others,” says the chairperson of the Association of Journalists of Kosovo and Metohija (DNKiM), Budimir Ničić, while commenting this morning attack on the TV Most crew in Obilić/Obiliq.

Ničić reminded that there were 27 attack on journalists of Kosovo Albanian media and 7 attacks on Serbian journalists last year, and stressed that not a single case was processed so far. He went on to say that it is abnormal that freedom of movement is limited in Kosovo to anyone and that people are attacked only because they have different registration plates or have different nationality or religion, at a time when Kosovo residents have received the green light for free movement throughout  the European Union, where the most praised rights are freedom and diversity.
