Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Branimir Stojanović has strongly condemned this morning attack on journalist of TV Most and Radio Gračanica and requested from authorities to find and punish the perpetrators.

“Journalists are attacked during their field work, what is inadmissible. Attacking with a shovel someone who is doing its job deserves full condemnation, but punishment as well. I request from authorities to find perpetrators, as well as the motive for the attack on journalists’ crew,” said Stojanović, and warned that attacks on journalists are attacks on freedom of media.

Journalists were attacked this morning with a shovel by a Kosovo Albanian, after they were leaving the elementary school in Obilić/Obiliç where they were recording a footage about a humanitarian aid delivery.
