CI SDP: Serbian List makes pressure on our candidates (RTK, Kontakt plus radio)
After Tatjana Ivaz and Dalibor Antić withdrew the candidacy for councillors in front of CI SDP Oliver Ivanović, Tomislav Dejanović from the CI "For Our Zvečan" led by Dragiša Milović also asked withdrawel of his candidacy in the upcoming local elections on October 22.
He, like the previous two candidates, publicly supported the Serbian List.
Representatives of these civic initiatives are convinced that representatives of the Serbian List pressured their candidates. Oliver Ivanović and Dragiša Milović told in a joint conference that elections do not make sense if such a situation continues.
Under pressure are the candidates from the CI SDP Oliver Ivanović and CI "For our Zvečan", who are employed in institutions, health care and education, but also private companies, Ivanović is convinced, who also notes that this is unacceptable in the 21st century.
Dragiša Milović points out that the conditions for peaceful, democratic and fair elections are their goal, and he appealed to the citizens to remain consistent with their attitudes. .
"I invite representatives of the Serbian List and the Office for Kosovo and Metohija here present, if necessary to sit down and talk, and find a way to prevent these incidents from happening," Milović pointed out.
Nebojsa Vlajić, a lawyer and a candidate for councillor in Zvečan municipality announced that criminal charges will be filed.
"In this case, we do not know who threatened specifically, because the persons who withdrew the candidacy do not want to say that, but the bodies are officially obliged to investigate this and without our report, however, we will file the report. It is absolutely illogical that everyone has one and the same reasoning, although they are serious people of aged years, and they have claimed to have been misled ", emphasizes lawyer Vlajić.
Vlajić pointed out that criminal charges would also be submitted to the Serbian and Kosovo prosecutors.
