Ljajić: Turkey's relations with Kosovo and Albania worsened (NMagazin, RTV)
Serbian Minister of Trade Rasim Ljajić said yesterday in the show ''Pravi Ugao'' of the Radio Television of Vojvodina (RTV) that he does not know whether during the visit of President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Serbia, the topic of Kosovo was discussed.
"Turkey's relations with Kosovo and Albania are not as they were several years ago," said Ljajić for Radio-Television of Vojvodina, adding that the situation has changed drastically since the coup attempt in Turkey on July 15 last year.
Ljajić said that Vučić "did the great thing" because "he was among the first publicly talking about this and that same evening has called Erdogan and gave him support."
"On the other hand, both Albania and Kosovo have the structures of the followers of Fethullah Gulen (whom Turkey accuses of being an organizer of coup attempts), who are in important positions ... Some of the followers are in important positions, in Kosovo and Albania. I do not know how much this is true, I only transmit what I hear, what the Turks say to me. And that nothing has been done over the demands that were sent to Tirana and Pristina. There is a cooling of relations," said Ljajić to RTV.
