The European Union insists on the implementation of the agreed from the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and above all on the establishment of the ZSO, says Aleksandra Joksimovic Director of the Center for Foreign Policy, reports daily Vecernje Novosti.

She points out that Pristina is avoiding this, and that the EU is aware that without the formation of the ZSO there is no continuation of the dialogue.

She believes that at this moment there is a positioning before the negotiations continue, and that it will not happen until a new government in Germany is formed.

- In the continuation of the negotiations, we will have new topics on the agenda, and I assume that they will discuss the property, membership in international organizations, about a new package that can lead us to a full normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina - believes Joksimovic.
