Trajkovic: Recognition brings nothing essential to Kosovo (RTK2, Danas)

Rada Trajkovic, president of the European Movement of Serbs, told RTK2 that Serbia has already done a lot in the field of compromise with Kosovo, allowing Pristina full internal independence through executive, legislative and judicial power, which is completely independent from Belgrade.

On the other hand, Trajkovic added, Pristina did not do what it was supposed to do, which is the Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO). She said that ZSO could never have the status of Republika Srpska, explaining that Police and the judiciary are integrated into the Kosovo system, which excludes the element of autonomy that the Republika Srpska has in BiH.

The Kosovo division project promoted by President Hashim Thaci introduces the whole region into a possible destabilization, Trajkovic pointed out, adding that the appetites of various groups would open, which would mean several decades of instability.
