Brnabic: Statements from Pristina contrary to civilization values (Danas, BETA)

Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said today the statement of Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli that she would be banned to enter Kosovo goes in line with Pristina’s policy, Danas daily reports.

“People who are ready to ban flow of goods, are also ready to ban freedom of movement,” Brnabic said after the meeting with Slovakia Prime Minster Peter Pellegrini.

She said this goes contrary to the interests of Albanians and also civilization values.

Commenting on the statement of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci that he will not allow the establishment of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, Brnabic said “it indicates the level of their irresponsibility and lack of any institutional capacities.”

“Establishment of Community of Serb-majority Municipalities would bring the peace and I am sorry that Pristina sends the message Serbs in Kosovo have no rights at all (...),” Brnabic noted.

Speaking at a joint press conference, Slovakia Prime Minister Pellegrini said Pristina’s acts do not contribute to the stabilization and EU should react more intensively and send a clear message.
