Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic told Prva TV “for Pristina authorities the Serbs are always to blame.”

Dacic added he has no information that would confirm accusations of the Kosovo FM Behgjet Pacolli who claims that diplomatic office of Pristina in Copenhagen was attacked by the Serbian citizens in Denmark.

Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said today the statement of Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli that she would be banned to enter Kosovo goes in line with Pristina’s policy, Danas daily reports.

“People who are ready to ban flow of goods, are also ready to ban freedom of movement,” Brnabic said after the meeting with Slovakia Prime Minster Peter Pellegrini.

She said this goes contrary to the interests of Albanians and also civilization values.

After Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj dismissed Deputy Minister of Justice Vesna Mikic, and Minister of Administration and Local Government Ivan Todosijevic because – as it was interpreted in Pristina – they “insulted the Racak victims“ and referred to the 1999 bombing of the-then Federal Republic of Yugoslavia as “NATO aggression,“ Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli decided to declare anyone who “denies war crimes in Kosovo persona non grata in Kosovo,“ KoSSev portal reports.

Behgjet Pacolli reportedly has made an open death threat directed at Serbian First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, Tanjug news agency reports citing a report in the Belgrade-based tabloid Kurir, which said the incident happened during an informal EU ministerial meeting in Bucharest, Romania, over the weekend.

According to this media report, Pacolli, who serves as Foreign Minister in the Pristina government, spoke "without restraint, and in Serbian," when he addressed Dacic to say: "If there should be an assassination, you should know it's us Albanians."

Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli said he “personally does not see chances for political solution” of the Kosovo issue, and believes in “economic solution for what both sides have interests, Insajder portal reports.

According to the Serbian media, Pacolli proposes north of Kosovo to become a large economic zone, part of it would belong to Serbia, part to Kosovo, and someone else would manage that economic zone.

“I keep saying this since 2007. This is where I see solution. But maybe it is the way too soon for such ideas,” Pacolli said in an interview for DW.

Saad-Eddine El Othmani, Prime Minister of Morocco, denied the allegations made by Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli, who announced on Twitter that he had had constructive talks with the official of Morocco in New York.

"During a break with my delegation a gentleman from Kosovo imposed his presence. We have not discussed bilateral relations neither establishing contacts. Morocco's position is constant. Morocco does not recognize Kosovo and has no relations with it," Othmani wrote on Twitter.

BiH Presidency Member from Republika Srpska (RS) Mladen Ivanic says today that that he is not dissatisfied at all, as far as he is concerned, that Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli did not come to Banja Luka to an informal meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), reports Serbian media.

Participants in the process of co-operation have been identified by members of the SEECP, and adds that Pristina has been a member of this process since 2014, along with, as he points out, the consent of all.

Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, announced on Facebook that Interpol’s executive council voted in favour of Kosovo’s membership bid being included in the agenda of the organisation’s General Assembly set to take place in November. “Republic of Kosovo’s membership in Interpol does not constitute a threat to anyone. Kosovo in Interpol contributes to the global fight against organised crime, violent extremism and other criminal activities,” Pacolli wrote.

Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, will travel today on a two-day visit to Japan. A statement issued by the Foreign Ministry states that Pacolli will be accompanied on this trip by the Minister of Economic Development, Valdrin Lluka, and they will meet Japan’s Minister of Economy , Trade and Industry, Hiroshige Seko, as well as Foreign Minister, Taro Kono. Kosovo ministers will seek further support from Japan as one of the main donors in Kosovo, the statement reads.

Kosovo’s Foreign Minister and leader of the New Kosovo Alliance (AKR), Behgjet Pacolli, said that the Assembly of Kosovo will ratify the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro but expressed dilemma on whether the Assembly session can continue at the time when the visit of senior EU officials to Kosovo is underway.
