Saad-Eddine El Othmani, Prime Minister of Morocco, denied the allegations made by Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli, who announced on Twitter that he had had constructive talks with the official of Morocco in New York.

"During a break with my delegation a gentleman from Kosovo imposed his presence. We have not discussed bilateral relations neither establishing contacts. Morocco's position is constant. Morocco does not recognize Kosovo and has no relations with it," Othmani wrote on Twitter.

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic says that Serbia will not recognize Kosovo's independence and allow UN membership, and stresses that Pristina authorities daily send very diverse messages that are not related to reality, reports Serbian media.

In the case of Kosovo, a compromise should be sought, and for the statements of Hashim Thaci regarding the merger of Presevo, Dacic says that "he must say something, because he is attacked from all sides".

Specialist Prosecutor Jack Smith on Tuesday signed a solemn declaration, swearing to exercise his functions independently, impartially and conscientiously, the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office said in a press release.

Smith was selected for the position in May 2018 under procedures organised by the European Union and appointed by EULEX Head of Mission, Alexandra Papadopoulou, it added.

All Serbian media reports today on reply of the Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic to Kadri Veseli saying that Belgrade understood the threats he sent to the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

Stefanovic warned Veseli "not to take any action against the Serbian president".

President of the Assembly of Kosovo Kadri Veseli said that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic may not be allowed to enter Kosovo.

Today all Serbian media reports about Kadri Veseli, Kosovo Parliament Speaker, as saying that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic might not be allowed to enter Kosovo on Saturday.

If Pristina decides that Vucic should not come, the Serbian president will not enter Kosovo, said Veseli in connection to Vucic’s scheduled visit to Kosovo on September 8-9, the media reported.

Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic spoke for Belgrade based TV Prva on Thursday morning, addressing Friday's continuation of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and the upcoming visit of President Aleksandar Vucic to Kosovo, reports Serbian media.

Asked if there would be a shift in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Dacic said:

The Serbian government Office for Kosovo said on Wednesday that its chief Marko Djuric had been banned from entering Kosovo but the local police denied that claim.

The Beta news agency was told by the Office that Pristina had banned Djuric from entering Kosovo but Ranking police official Besim Hoti denied that claim saying that Djuric had permission for the visit and decided not to enter Kosovo.

“He was not banned from entering, he had permission to enter Kosovo, but he had his own reasons to turn back,” Hoti said.

The Serbian government has earmarked 200 million Dinars (1.7million Euros) in added support for farmers in Kosovo, Agriculture Minister Branislav Nedimovic said on Thursday.

The minister told the Serbian state TV (RTS) that equipment and other things have been secured with the Office for Kosovo. “It’s important to give this kind of support to farmers in Kosovo since nothing can be done without food,” he said.

BiH Presidency Member from Republika Srpska (RS) Mladen Ivanic says today that that he is not dissatisfied at all, as far as he is concerned, that Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli did not come to Banja Luka to an informal meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP), reports Serbian media.

Participants in the process of co-operation have been identified by members of the SEECP, and adds that Pristina has been a member of this process since 2014, along with, as he points out, the consent of all.

The visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Serbia is expected in October or November, said Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Alexander Chepurin.

He said that a large number of businessmen from Russia will come before the visit of Putin to Belgrade. Chepurin reminded that Serbia and Russia have good cooperation, but also great unused opportunities that need to be improved.
