Returnees have been robbed again in Klina/Klinë last night.. Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government, Dalibor Jevtic, condemned the incident and requested immediate reaction of the police. A tenant who lives in the house of a Serb returnee Silvija Raskovic said to RTK2 that thieves have stolen mechanization for tractor and various tools. Jevtic stated that thieves in this municipality must be stopped immediately, because it is about intimidation of returnees and those who wish to return.

“It is important that Serbs don’t leave Kosovo,” said Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government Dalibor Jevtić during his visit to returnee families in Šilovo.

Minister for Communities and Return Dalibor Jevtić said, on the occasion of the World Refugee Day, that wherever displaced live they live in difficult and inhuman conditions. Jevtić further said that marking of the World Refugee Day reminds on all hardship of those who used to live in their homes in adequate conditions.

Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government Dalibor Jevtić and Mayor of Gračanica/Graçanicë Vladeta Kostić yesterday agreed that collective centers should be closed as soon as possible on the territory of Gračanica/Graçanicë Municipality, and other municipalities, too.

 Jevtić and Kostić yesterday signed the agreement on division of rights and obligations beetwen the Ministry and Gračanica/Graçanicë Municipality with regard to housing premises.

The first session of the Kosovo government’s inter-ministerial group on return will be held on Friday, 3 May, in Pristina. The group will be chaired by the Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government Dalibor Jevtic. Representatives of the EU Office in Kosovo, international missions, UNHCR, IOM and OSCE will also be present, along with ministers and members of the group, at the introductory meeting, communicated the Ministry.

The Serbian List will support constitutional amendments for creation of the special court, said Minister for Communities and Return in the Kosovo government Dalibor Jevtic, and stressed that its creation is important for the future of Kosovo. “Those who committed crimes must be held responsible,” said Jevtic.
