The Serbian List filed the complaint to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) following the decision of the Central Election Commission that failed to certify candidacy of Serbian List’s candidates running for mayoral elections in northern Kosovo municipalities, RTK reports.

ECAP is a higher instance to take decisions, following the ones made by the Central Election Commission.
