A memorial plaque placed on the spot from where journalists Djuro Slavuj and Ranko Perenic were abducted on 21 August 1998 was demolished and taken away for the seventh time in the last six years. Demolished plaque was found near the spot by President of Association of Journalists of Serbia in Kosovo, Budimir Nicic and Association of Journalists of Serbia Managing Board member Zivojin Rakocevic, Radio KIM reports. Traces of a construction machinery used to eradicate the plaque were visible on the spot.

NSA says military conflict is possible in Balkans this year (Sputnik, B92)

The US won't be granting entry visas to any Kosovo officials after Pristina's refusal to revoke or suspend taxes on goods from Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. This is being reported on Thursday by Prisina based Albanian language website lajmi.net. According to this, Washington with this began to apply concrete measures against officials of Kosovo after the decision of the Haradinaj government to keep the taxes in force.
