In the extraordinary parliamentary elections in Kosovo, the Serbian List won 44 578 votes or 6.12%. The Serbian List will have 9 out of 10 parliamentary seats, KIM radio reports.

Members of the Serbian List who will represent the interests of Serbian people in the Assembly of Kosovo are:  Slavko Simić, Miljana Nikolić, Zoran Mojsilović, Igor Simić, Verica Ćeranić, Saša Milosavljević, Jasmina Živković, Jelana Bontić and Srđan Mitrović, reads the statement of the Serbian List.

Serbs in Kosovo will be remembering this election process by the fact that “to all voters, who have conditionally voted in the north of Kosovo with a valid document, the right to vote has been denied”, the Serbian List said in a statement.

“All these votes were rejected by the Counting Center, and declined the results as invalid, which affected the final result of the Serbian List, but also of the candidates who were on the list. Due to a significant violation of the provisions of the Law on General Elections, Serbian List appealed to the Supreme Court in this case, but it is obvious that the highest legal instances in Kosovo are not professional and objective still when it comes to appeals and demands of Serbian people, but are exclusively under the power of the politics,” said the statement.
