The Serbian List said, on the occasion of the nineteenth anniversary of the disappearance of two journalists from Radio Pristina, that the families of missing journalists and all citizens in Kosovo expect the responsible ones are found and to punish them.
“Today we recall the abducted journalists, Đuro Slavuj and Ranko Perenić, who were kidnapped 19 years ago while performing their job honourably and responsibly. It is more than clear that their only guilt was their Serbian name, and their kidnapping was meant to show the remaining Serbs in Orahovac, but also throughout Kosovo and Metohija, what awaits Serbs,” the Serbian List said in a statement.
The Serbian list hopes that the Special War Crimes Chamber will again launch an investigation and deal with the issue of all missing journalists in Kosovo.
