Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric says that the murder of Oliver Ivanovic’s must be resolved and that this will be discussed in Brussels Dialogue, reports Serbian media, quoting Sputnik.

“Our authorities will continue the investigation and will demand a more intensive cooperation. This is something we will talk about in the coming period in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, as well.”

He says that he does not have full confidence in the political circles in Pristina, and that some of them will not try to manipulate the investigation.

Djuric points out that the official Belgrade has been requesting more than a year the talks to continue because they want the representatives of the Albanians to face their obligations.

“So now, when it came to some cooperation in this investigation, I think that in the next three weeks, when we jointly determine the date, we will have a new meeting of the dialogue on technical issues ,” Djuric emphasizes.

He adds that “the official Belgrade’s eyes are on KFOR, EULEX and local police” when it comes to the security of Serbs on Saturday, February 17th, when Pristina marks 10 years since the self-proclaimed independence of Kosovo.”

“Our eyes are primarily on KFOR, EULEX and the local police, with 1,400 Serbs working there,” Djuric says.

On the journalist question whether Belgrade will raise the level of security on February 17 in any way, Djuric says that Serbia will “take care and do everything possible.”
